This “Pre-Columbian” dish has been a favorite of many native people for its rich protein and natural energy. Its origin dates back thousands of years to the low lands of the state of Oaxaca, Mexico. We are proud to serve our version with: pickled cabbage, goat cheese, on a warm Nopal Tortilla. -As always don’t forget to “taco about it”.
